About Savana

Savana is an Interdisciplinary artist focused on tattooing as her primary medium. Since 2021 she has established herself here in Brooklyn and done guest work in LA, San Francisco, and studios in across NYC. Her work introduces whimsical and illustrative touches to floral and natural subject matter. She aims to create work for clients that compliments and contours their body—in the hopes to promote body positivity and combat body dysmorphia. (and just make cool art haha)

After graduating college in May 2020, Maid of Flowers started in August 2020 as a casual idea that blossomed into a full-time business. From humble beginnings in the SF Bay Area, my platform grew through Instagram, Reddit, Tiktok, and Squarespace. Unlike traditional tattoo studios, I created my own private studio in Brooklyn to put more importance on comfortability and privacy during the tattooing experience. 

As of November 2024, Savana is expanding and building out a tattoo space and art studio in Dumbo, Brooklyn.
